Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 June 2026
By using Still In? you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Still In? does
Still In? is a free utility that lets two people vote separately on whether a plan is still happening. The app records a yes when both people vote before the deadline and at least one person votes yes. It is called off if both people vote no, or if someone does not vote before the deadline. These statuses only report the votes received; they are not a promise, guarantee, or assurance that any plan will or will not take place. Whether a plan actually happens is entirely up to the people involved.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old to use Still In?. If the law where you live requires a higher age, that higher age applies.
Free service
Still In? is provided free of charge. There are no paid accounts, subscriptions, or paid features. If we offer a donation or "buy me a coffee" link, it is optional and does not buy extra features, priority support, uptime guarantees, or any other paid service.
Event links
Each event has two event links. Anyone with a link can use it to vote and see the event outcome. You are responsible for sharing links carefully and only with the person they are meant for.
Vote privacy
Still In? is designed not to display individual votes. The service shows whether an event is pending, has a yes, or is called off, and whether the current link has already voted. In some situations, someone may infer a vote from the final outcome, especially if they know their own vote or hold both links.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful, ordinary coordination between people. Do not use Still In? to harass, deceive, threaten, spam, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt to access events without a valid event link.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Still In? and for the links you share. To the extent permitted by law, if your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful conduct causes a claim, loss, or cost to us or to another person, you are responsible for it.
Security controls
We may limit, challenge, or block requests that appear abusive, automated, harmful, or likely to interfere with the service.
Not for critical use
Still In? is a lightweight utility. Do not rely on it for emergencies, critical safety decisions, legal notices, medical situations, financial commitments, travel deadlines, or anything where a missed, delayed, or incorrect result could cause serious harm.
Availability and data
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, secure, or available forever. Event data is used to operate the event and may be deleted after expiry or if the service is changed, suspended, or discontinued.
Changes to the service
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue Still In? at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Still In? is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including missed plans, cancelled plans, lost links, expired events, or unavailable data.
